Maneesh Verma is a multi-potentialite artist with over 25 years of experience working across theatre, media, and design.

He began his journey as an amateur actor in Delhi in 1996 and later earned a professional degree in Acting & Theatre-making from the National School of Drama (2002). He has since performed in more than 60 major stage productions and worked with some of India’s most respected theatre practitioners, including Satyadev Dubey, Naseeruddin Shah, Mohan Agashe, B.V. Karanth, Ratan Thiyam, Barry John, Anuradha Kapur, and Ram Gopal Bajaj. Over time, his practice has evolved to include writing, directing, and producing — with a strong focus on original work.

Through his company, Collective Madness Studios, Maneesh has developed over 15 productions across diverse genres — musical, comedy, thriller, drama — and delivered more than 250 performances at major festivals and venues across India.

In addition to theatre, he has worked extensively in films, TV and OTT, with acting credits in Yodha, Ajeeb Daastaans, Bob Biswas, Gunjan Saxena, Dhadak, and Halla Bol.

His passion for design and technology led him to become a self-taught web designer & developer, having created over 25 websites. In 2022, he became a certified mountaineer through the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering — integrating this spirit of adventure into both his storytelling and artistic process.
